Terms of Service
Effective May 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Naveroo (the "Service"), operated by Naveroo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Naveroo helps you plan trips: create itineraries, store accommodations and transportation details, manage tasks and packing lists, attach files, and share read-only links with other people. Some features (such as AI activity recommendations and Google Maps integrations) rely on third-party services and are subject to their availability.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your password confidential and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Scrape, crawl, automate, or otherwise extract data from the Service or from public share links in bulk;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's code, design, or structure;
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or contains viruses or other harmful code;
- Interfere with the Service, probe its security, or bypass rate limits or access controls;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- Use the AI features in a way that violates the underlying provider's acceptable-use policies (e.g., generating illegal, deceptive, or harmful content).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you, including transmitting it to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to upload and share it. We may remove content that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Public share links
When you generate a share link for a trip, anyone with that link can view the trip's contents in read-only mode. You are responsible for who you share the link with. You may revoke the link at any time from the trip page; revocation invalidates the link for future visits, but cached copies third parties may have already saved are outside our control.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service — including the Naveroo name, logo, software, design, layouts, copy, and visual elements — is owned by Naveroo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal trip-planning purposes, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
7. AI features
Activity recommendations are generated by an AI model based on the prompts and trip context you submit. AI output may be incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for verifying details (opening hours, prices, availability, safety, legality) before relying on a recommendation. The Service is not a travel agency and does not provide professional travel, legal, financial, or safety advice.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Anthropic, Google Maps, and our hosting provider). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us or others to material risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naveroo and Naveroo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naveroo from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law.
